About the room
Northern Morgan Hill duplex. 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom. All bedrooms upstairs. Looking for someone or a couple to occupy the Master Bedroom at the beginning of next year. It has a toilet, shower AND a soaking tub, as well as a double sink and a walk-in closet. (Perfect for a couple) (If a couple occupies the Master, it would be $1500) I, personally, am okay with dogs, however, I need to get clarification on whether or not dogs are allowed by the landlord. If you are interested in moving in a little sooner, accommodations can be made. *If you are looking for a lower price, I would be able to make it to where I would take the Master Bedroom, and my room will be vacant with a shared bathroom. **Minimum stay tentative, but most likely accurate.
