Allegra's room

Half of a duplex. Spacious 2 bed 1 bath, so you would have your own bedroom and we would have a shared bathroom. Recently updated space. I primarily will be furnishing the common spaces. There are two “rooms” to the common space, so id like for part of our common space to be used as an office/personal space (for each of us)! We would split rent and utilities evenly. I’m a bubbly, outgoing, respectful, tidy young professional. I enjoy outdoorsy activities, pottery, embroidery, and good food and sweets. Always a fan of hosting craft nights, wine nights, movie nights, game nights. Personally, I see my home as my safe space. I work from home. I’m looking for a low-stress roommate situation. I’d love to be friends or be friendly, but I do not want to put stress or expectations on the relationship. Looking for another tidy, respectful, cat-friendly individual to room with. My tuxedo cat, Luna, is as cuddly, sweet, and energetic as they come.
