Freshly painted with new blinds, laminate flooring, new ceiling fan, and is the furthest room from the living room. Shares a hallway bathroom with Room 1. Comes with a designated driveway parking spot.

These rooms are unfurnished, but on request I have some unconventional used furniture available, including a bed, desk, chairs, and TV.

I am a teacher looking for clean, quiet, and reliable working professionals to rent my additional bedrooms to, preferably women. My home is my sanctuary, and I am looking to rent to like-minded individuals who will contribute to an environment of respect and respite. Prospective roommates should be practiced communicators, mindful of shared spaces and chores, and have a tolerance for excessive fantasy literature - I have banished the TV to storage in favor of a living room library.

I enjoy listening to music, reading, and playing the occasional videogame, but will use headphones when doing these activities and expect the same from others. The exception to this will be my weekly online meeting on Thursdays from 5pm-9pm that is unavoidably noisy. I do not drink, and it is important to me my roommates are responsible regarding alcohol. As an educator who forays into a classroom full of children daily, I take COVID seriously and expect the same from my roommates.

Out of respect, I will always inform roommates ahead of time if I am expecting guests over, and expect the same in return. If you have a significant other, they must be accompanied by you at all times while on the premises. They cannot live here, and their conduct should reflect that of a visiting guest, not a resident - your partner cannot be regularly staying over or hanging out here. Must be drug free, No smoking/420, no dogs, indoor cat and reptile friendly.
