We’re looking for one more person to join our dream team of weirdos who enjoy games, music, food, working out, anime, and other dorky stuff. Extra bonuses if you are a musician or like to play music!

We share a fun, safe home–not just a place to crash–and would love another friend to add to our collective. :) We like to share food and work together as a team so everyone has a great place to live. We have parties every few months, but we’re usually quiet and asleep by 11 most nights. We like to keep things very tidy–it’s not a frat house, we promise!

THE ROOM

The room is approximately 10’6“ x 11’6“. On the colder side–great for the summer! Excessively large closet that you can walk inside. $990/mo + utilities (~$100-150/month). Opportunity to have decreased rent if you want to do extra chores!

• 1 x soft menace of a cat

Requirements: Credit score of 650+, no dogs/cats/birds (other caged pets OK), no tobacco. Must be queer-friendly.

• Transgender veterinarian who dresses like an anime protagonist. Enjoys cooking, sewing/crafts, video games, EDM/festivals, and working out. Has loud sex sometimes. Enjoys compulsive tidying and makes sure the house is taken care of.

• Obscenely extroverted teacher with an excellent shower singing voice. Would love a workout or jam buddy! He can usually be found flirting with his girlfriend or dying in Hades. Chronically loud. Most likely a Golden Retriever wearing a human suit.

• Socially awkward gamer girl who usually hides in her room and has a very large collection of all things Kirby. She slays piano and enjoys music–would also like a jam buddy! League of Legends. Cusses like a sailor.
