i have and extra room i figured i minus well rent it out.. 650 a month ill be getting you your own window ac unit for the room.. my ac is not that strong in the summer time or winter because its a mobile home only space for your vehicle and my vehicle this is a h.o.a community any cars in the grass will be towed(so if u want company its best you go visit them not them come here due to not having any space to park) if u have alot of furniture and a king or queen size bedframe this room may not be for you… facetime verification/tour is available

im 28 single work 5-6 days a week soo im mostly not home except for afterwork and im off sundays and mondays.. i have no kids and yes i have another room for rent also at the property
