Hello all! Come check out our newly remodeled master bedroom with a spacious loft. The room is very spacious, boasting 350 square feet. The rent covers the room, private loft, garage parking, all of your utilities, shared washer and dryer, shared kitchen, shared backyard, and shared downstairs living space.
The rent is $1450 and the security deposit is $1500. Couples are welcomed! Any additional person would pay an extra $150 for utilities.
We are conveniently located to grocery stores, freeways, LA Mission College, beautiful parks and hiking trails, and local gyms.
There will be a minimum credit score of 650 and an income check of 3x the monthly rent.

About the roomies
All of our housemates are busy professionals that either work all day or study all day or a combination of both. This means that we are all very clean, quiet and respectful of each others space.
