Hello! I’m wanting to rent out one of my extra rooms in Fort Collins! This room is pretty big with a walk in closet, your own attached bathroom with a nice nice of horsetooth outside your window. The house is three levels with your room and the other roomie’s room on the top level, the common living space on the ground/middle level, and my room in the basement. The house has new floors in the common space, fresh paint, and a brand new fridge. Off of the common space is porch/deck with a BBQ that everyone is free to use! I’m hoping for a young professional (26-34 age) who has a full-time job (or part time/school) and reliable income. Someone who likes the balance between getting outside and exploring and hanging out on the porch with friends. Ideally, I would love to be able to grow a friendship from the living situation and all be comfortable spending time together. I will be renting out the room at $825 and the utilities will be split between the three of us. There is a minimum of a 6 month lease with the ability to extent if it’s a good fit along with a $825 deposit.

A little about me, I’m a mental health therapist in Fort Collins and work during the week and have weekends off. I like doing a mix of adventures and staying home and trying new things so I enjoy camping/hiking/exploring in the summer and skiing in the winter. I also really enjoy cooking. I like having friends over and having a balance of a social life and alone time. I’m really tidy and clean and like to keep things in order. I also have a dog who is 7 years old. He’s very friendly and loves being with people.

My other roommate is also a private practice therapist and has a 4 year old dog.
