Great room in a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment on the second story of a small apartment complex. Neighbors are all super friendly. Right down the street from mission plaza and the palm theater so great if you like to go into town. Medium sized window but closet is a little small. Water and trash are included. Wi-Fi, gas and electric would be split between all roommates. Coin operated washing machine and dryer on first floor of complex.

Im maggie(24) currently living with my fiancé Ian(25) and our dog and cat. Our dog is not great with other animals so we’re hoping for someone without pets. I work at a dental office so I wake up around 6:30am. My partner is attending nursing school. He also loves to surf. We really value honesty and communication and creating a comfortable living environment for everyone involved. I like to keep shared spaces clean and would appreciate if our roommate would put in the same effort. Looking for someone that will clean up after themselves and actually notice when they make a mess. no smoking in the house but outside is fine
