Furnished bedroom with lot of closet space and hardwood floors. Located on the second floor. Private bathroom is included (entrance is across hallway). The house is recently renovated and located in a private neighborhood with lot of outdoor space. The backyard is completely fenced in with in ground pool. Parking in private driveway. The house environment is quiet and clean. The shared space is spacious. Finished basement for additional living space privacy. Animal lovers with dogs.
We are a husband and wife and 2 kids in their teens who spent half the time with the other parent.
No smoking inside the house. Cleaning services are being used, expected to let the cleaning service personnel clean the rented areas.
About the roomies
