The house has a 2 car garage, washer and dryer, a peaceful backyard patio, a community swimming pool and much more. While your room is furnished, the rest of the house has all the necessary furniture including TV, sofa’s, dinning tables and more. The water, gas and electricity utilities will be shared; High speed Internet will be covered. You will need to pass a credit and background check before we can add you to the lease.

Pets are allowed in this home provided you pay for the $150 deposit and the pet is well trained.
