The house is clean and quiet, located in Hart of woodburn. Close to the freeway close to restaurants very good location. The house is clean and quiet overnight guests are not allowed company should be kept to a minimum. Everybody needs to have their privacy and peace. This is a very good place for employed male who wants to have a place to park, cook ,watch television, be online, the only drawback is no overnight guest.

I am a female ,older ,recently retired barber, my room is downstairs, the upstairs tenants include a retired office worker , and a 36 year old fed x driver.
