I have a private furnished room in a nice, quiet house. It has all matching IKEA furniture.

You will have to share the kitchen and bathroom with 1 adult (man). He works full time and comes to a quiet place to sleep. He is a quiet person and keeps to himself.

The kitchen has a stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishes, plates, cups, glasses, forks, spoons, knives set, etc…

The Bus stops right on front of the house and it will take you inside the Ferry Terminal (only a ten-minute ride).

NO PETS or SMOKING in the room or inside house. (Smoking outside of the house only)

You will need to have 1 month rent and 1 month security Deposit. (Employment will be verified).
