Hi. Looking for someone to take over my part of an apartment lease until August 2023. My roommate is a wonderful person who is so easy to get along with. We have a 3BR/2BA first floor apartment in Hoover located close to the interstate for easy access to many locations. The room I’m looking to fill is the master bedroom. It has its own bathroom and a spacious walk in closet. The main living space (kitchen, living room) is shared and would be partially furnished (kitchen, laundry fully furnished, living room would come unfurnished once I move out). There is a spacious patio area off the living room. The apartment is a gated community with a pool and workout center. Wonderful, kind hearted, welcoming individual. She loves animals, though there would be additional fees incurred for a pet in the home. Clean, tidy, considerate of space.
