About the room
I have a beautiful and spacious apartment with laundry and fire place in the unit. There are two master bedrooms and one is available on December 1st. This apartment is located in a gated community and has an elevator from the parking garage. The parking spot comes with a small storage unit that I do not currently utilize. Utilities are not included in the price and there is 7 months on the lease, up for renewal at the end of June.
About the roomies
I am a middle school teacher who works over 40 hours a week. I keep to myself, but would like to have a roommate who I can get along with. I like keeping the place tidy.
