Timothy's room

The home is only a mile from downtown Monrovia. You can easily take a walk downtown to food, drinks, grocery stores, dessert, parks, etc. The neighborhood is very safe and you’ll usually see joggers, families, and kids playing outside. The room itself has enough space for a desk, queen bed, and tv, plus a large built in closet. There’s a large backyard with a covered outdoor gym area and a fire pit. The house is in the process of some repairs, including the backyard fence, indoor paint throughout, and updated floors.

The landlord pays for a monthly gardener and cleaning service.

Hello! I’m Tim and I’m one of the roommates in the house. Right now I work hybrid for my family’s company and I’m also building a fintech startup. When I’m home I’m usually working, listening to music, going out for walks, or working out. The second room is occupied by my brother Danny who’s working in New Hampshire. He’ll be moving out after the new year and we also plan to fill that room later.

We’re looking for a third roommate who is friendly, CLEAN, and doesn’t plan on partying or smoking in the house. We’re very easy going people and we hope you are too!
