House is built in July 2022. Private room W Shared bathroom (shared with guests). The room is Furnished. All bills are included in the rent. You will be sharing the common areas with me and my wife. We have one cat. She is friendly. Parking is available. We get a cleaner once a month and it is also included in the rent.
