Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath house recently renovated. Young Couple looking for either a professional male or possible professional women to rent out one bedroom of the house. You will have one bay of garage to park your vehicle in so no need to worry about that. You’ll share kitchen, living room, and outdoor space. Prefer a non drinker, absolutely no drugs, and smoking is outdoors only. We will require income verification, one month’s rent/security deposit and a criminal background check in order to move in. We are expecting a baby in Late January or Early February, so looking for a quiet and respectful person.
