The home is currently occupied by me a male and more often then not my girlfriend stays over. I have a furnished bedroom for rent ($800 with $200 deposit). The house is in great shape and most appliances are new including a new Samsung steam washer and dryer. The WiFi is cox and it’s the fastest WiFi package they offer. House has several large 4K tv’s throughout and numerous apps installed. The bedrooms share a bathroom and both have built in closets. Now about the tenants. There is a girl and myself living in the home and my girl friend stays over 2-3 times per week. I have a fair amount of friends that come through and hangout usually during the weekends.
