Robert's room

The house is fairly new near Marlow Rd. It is very close to many stores and restaurants. The house is clean and quiet. All bedrooms are upstairs. Renter will have access to the kitchen and living room. The bathroom will be shared with one other person.

Renter will have 2 roomies. One is a female who works remotely but stays to herself. The other roomy is male who works a lot and is hardly there but when he gets home he usually watches tv in his room and goes to sleep. Both roomies are single so a similar roomy is preferred but not a must. Students are welcome I believe this would be a good environment for a student. The restroom will be shared with the male occupant. Male occupant keeps bathroom clean. I hope you can do the same.
