House environment: There are only two of us living in the 5 bedroom/ 3 bath house. You would be the third. I am mid-50’s female. My current roomie has been with me over 3 years. He’s a sweetheart of a guy—30ish years old, quiet, and respectful. Looking for a new roomie who is clean, professional, accountable, quiet, and friendly.

Roommate profile: (Please contact me only if all of these apply to you/ your situation) - Single occupancy only - Works full-time outside of the home - Must have good credit - Quiet, respectful, clean - Documentable, stable income of at least $2300 per month - Background, criminal, & credit check required - No firearms/ smoking/ vaping, drugs, partying, drama, loud music/ TV - sorry, no pets. Occasional guests can be discussed once compatibility & trust is established, but at no time will overnight guests be permitted. Screening fees paid by applicant. Note that I am looking for someone who intends to stay at least 6 months, however the written agreement will be month-to-month (so no one is stuck if they are uncomfortable).
