Condo is in excellent condition and is in a 55+ community called On Top of the World in Ocala. Tons of amenities including golf and 175 clubs of all sorts. Extensive application process with the community but it is worth it since it is such a terrific community. Lifelong learning with hundreds of courses also available for modest cost. Perfect for snow bird. 6 months plus a week is min rental period. No pets and no smoking.

I use this about half time as I still have a home in NE Florida and I split my time between the two locations because of work. I’m quiet and looking for a similiar person. You would have internet and TV use and have it to yourself while I’m out of town. I work most of the time but hope to participate in some of the community activities. We probably would cook independently but we can work that out.
