Welcome to my paradise where i am renting a lovely room which comes with a queen size bed, a closet ,a window and is carpet out very clean and ready to move in. Shared Bathroom, Kitchen,Dinning room and Living room. Utilities are included thats light bill and water bill in the rent. I wish not to have any smokers my son has asthma. I would appreciate honest,trust worth person, employed lookers and decent person of any nations. NO ANIMALS ALLOW NOT EVEN SERVICE ANIMALS. MY SON IS ALLERGIC TO DOGS, THE MOVE IN RENT AND DEPOSIT IS DUE A WEEK BEFORE MOVING IN OR TWO DAYS BEFORE MOVING IN. THE RENT DUE ON THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH THERE AFTER. RENT LATE THREE TIMES IS A STRAIGHT EVICTION WITH AT THE THIRD TIME. I am very pleasant but keep it strictly business WE ARE NOT FRIENDS AND COMPANY. PLEASE ALSO HAVE YOUR OWN THINGS TO USE OTHER WISE PLEASE SPEAK TO ME ON THAT.

I am 33 years of age, a healthcare provider, and a mother of one, I am extremely tidy and clean, so I wish not to have anyone who is nasty, loud,untidy, and outrageous. I don’t smoke, and i wish not to have any smokers, period. My son is 4 years old and we are good people to live with but please do not trouble what’s not yours. Shoes are not worn in the house especially on the carpet area period.
