Condo is a total of 4 bedrooms with a common living room, bathroom and Kitchen. Includes Free high speed Internet, Free Parking, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher. Close to the T making transportation to work easy, butcher shop down the street that is akin to a miniature grocery store.
Room is 12 ft by 11. Condo is a a very nerdy retro enviorment with pop art hung all over the home. We keep nice and clean.
Looking for a tenant with no criminal records, no drug problems and a stable job, and you’d be living with the same, all tenants I currently have are hard working, drug free. recordless normal people.
About the roomies
You’d be living with me, which I live in the smallest room, I’m mostly working or gaming in my room.
Possibly 2 other tenants you’d be living with, one is in a private room outside the main condo, House is kept clean and is on a nice quiet deadend street.
