The room is an attic space with a door that separates the upstairs from the downstairs world. When going up the stairs, there are two living areas that we rent out to two different people. One of those is already being rented. The available room is at the top of the stairs, and opens with a wood door. The ceiling is not completely flat, due to being the attic. There is a small closet, and plenty of space for a dresser, or desk. The bathroom that you would be using will only be shared with one other person, however, it is the bathroom that is in the common space hallway. You are not forced to stay for only 6 months, if that is what we originally agree upon. If you would like to stay for a longer lease term, then that can always be discussed.

We currently have four people living in the house, and we are all in our 20s. This would be a 5 person house when this room is filled. All of us are part of the LGBTQ+ community, and are an extremely POC friendly household, and also cannabis friendly. If you don’t smoke, that’s fine, just don’t judge us. Some of us are in school, so we can totally help each other out with classes! We like to have our friends over, and cook each other food. We prefer to be friends with you!
