Craner Avenue

Hey everyone! I have a beautiful master bedroom available in November. It’s in a four bedroom house with a front yard, garage space, living room, and full equipped kitchen. There’s also WiFi, central A/C and heat, washer and dryer, and dishwasher in the house. I have furnished the room with a queen sized bed, night tables, desk and lighting. This room has a private bathroom, large closet, and balcony overlooking the neighborhood. There’s three grocery stores in walking distance and lots of restaurants nearby. It’s a family oriented neighborhood and caters to those who prefer a little suburb in their city.

Looking for a clean and organized person. I keep everything tidy and clean. Message me for more info and let me know who you are! Don’t just say, is this available.

Also I cannot take any pets at this time!

Everyone in the house are in their mid 20s. 3 females and one male. We all work during the day and use the house as a peaceful space to come after a long day at work. We don’t host parties unless it’s a birthday/ special occasion and we’re looking for someone who would match that energy. We keep things tidy and clean and communicate via group text to make sure everyone is in tune with what we need for the house and if we need help with anything like laundry.

Everything in the house is shared (kitchen, living room, washer dryer, front yard) and we make sure to keep things clean for the next person using the space. If you are not someone who cleans up after themselves, takes accountability, and initiative to keep the space organized then please look elsewhere. Thank you!
