Seeking Roommate to Rent the Downstairs in Luxury Condo (Living room/Bedroom/Bathroom) with a space in the garage.

I am looking for a roommate to share a luxury 2095 square foot, 3 bedroom and 2.5 baths condo located in a nice area of Anchorage off Lake Otis and 68th.

The house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The roommate would have the fully furnished downstairs of the condo which has 2 bedrooms (one to share for storage), family room and private bathroom. It also has a deck facing the sunsets. The washer and dryer is also located downstairs. We would share the kitchen. The space is fully furnished. The family room has couch and loveseat with coffee and end tables. Also has a 55“ TV. The bedroom has very high-end queen size bed with headboard, nightstand and dresser. There is also a mini fridge and microwave. The pictures are of the furniture and space. If you have your own furniture, we can see about storing the furniture that is not needed in the spare room.

The set-up of the house provides a lot of privacy for everyone to have their own living spaces. There is a long hallway to the back of the condo to the area the roommate will live in.

I am a professional 50-year old woman with a great career. I am responsible and expect the same. I don’t smoke or do drugs. I live a pretty quiet but busy life. I do have 2 dogs and a sweet cat, so you must be ok with animals. I would consider pets. I am asking $1200.00 a month, which includes everything–all utilities and high speed internet and furnished. Roommate can have a space in garage (as long as it isn’t a crazy big pick-up there should be room). You must have a steady income and pass a reference/background check. I prefer 6 mo. but may consider a shorter time period. The condo is on the bus route for the hospitals, so it would be ideal for a traveling health care provider.
