Huge, two-room suite with private bathroom in a spacious home.

Room sizes are 14.75’ x 10’ (main room) and 11’ x 10’ (second room). Including the private bathroom, all spaces add up to a grand total of 371 sq ft.

This space is flexible and can be used in a few configurations:

1. main bedroom / second bedroom (current setup. 2nd room layout last 3 picts)
2. main bedroom / living room (as pictured. 2nd room as a tv room)
3. main bedroom / office (perfect for hybrid work, WFH, students)

Both rooms feature wood floors, ceiling fans, HDTVs, in-wall dual USB chargers, ROKU TV devices, and ample closet space. The main bedroom features a large desk, chair, dresser, chest, and full bed.

The bathroom is private with double sinks, toilet, and shower. Tons of under-sink storage as well.

Conveniently close to 15 and 215 freeways, Winchester Road (79N), MSJC Temecula Valley Campus, the Promenade Temecula, Costco, Harveston Lake, grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants.

The house features speedy Gigabit Internet service / Google WiFi, front loading washer / dryer, and a tv area in a common loft. Full kitchen privileges. Fridge and pantry space. All utilities included in the room rental price. This suite features one dedicated spot in the driveway with plenty of available on-street parking for a second vehicle.

The set of rooms CAN BE double occupancy. Couples are OK. Suite mates are OK (two adults max). No kids, No indoor pets, No visitors, No illegal drugs or smoking in the property.

Must be employed (pay stubs required) and prefer you leave for work but a work from home situation is OK for this two-room suite. Please earn at least twice the room rent per month.

First month’s rent and deposit required. Deposit will hold the room after a successful background check. First month’s rent required at move-in. Cheers.

We are an all-adult household looking for calm, clean, quiet, friendly, responsible, and respectful housemates to join us. We are easy going and enjoy quiet time at home. We believe that home should be a stress-free refuge; to be kept calm and positive for everyone. We welcome calm, friendly, drama-free housemates.

Current housemates range from mid 20 to mid 40 years old, work different schedules, are friendly, generally keep to themselves, and enjoy the low latency, lightning-fast internet connection for streaming, online school and gaming.
