Tommaso's room

The master bedroom in this two bedroom will be free at the end of December 2022. The apartment is very clean and newly built. There is a pool in the backyard and your room will have a view of it. The management is helpful and maintenance is covered by rent and it covers everything in the house. Parking in the garage is ~$40 per month, you’d park next to the elevator that takes you right next to the apartment. The location is close to everything - GMU, NVCC are both within 10 minutes of the apartment. The closest metro station (Vienna-GMU) is about 12 minutes away. We have Walmart, LIDL, ALDI, and Wegmans all within 5 minutes of the apartment. I have a bed and a new mattress that I can give you for a fair price, in case you don’t have a bed already.

You will have one roommate (professional female 25) and a very friendly cat who make you feel at home immediately. Roommate is respectful, quiet, clean, and works 6 days per week, so mostly you would share the apartment with the lovely cat - who spends most of his time sleeping on the couch next to the living room window. You must be respectful, clean, cat-friendly, not into throwing a ton of house parties (there is actually a community room in the building you could reserve for parties and is quite nice).
