one bedroom for rent in uptown kingston just down the road from the trailways bus station. walking distance to the uptown farmers market and surrounding square and hannaford, biking/driving distance to everything else. utilities not included. washer dryer in unit, gas cooking stove for all you cast iron lovers. looking for someone to take over the old roommate’s portion of the lease which ends in june, though could be open to a shorter stay if it feels right. living room has a nice bay window that plants love. looking for someone for nov 1st but potential for earlier move in depending on old roommate’s timeline. small pet ok with additional deposit as per landlord/lease agreement.
