I am looking to have someone take over my lease in a lovely townhouse in Hopkins, MN! Big private room available with a shared bathroom. Must be cat friendly as one tenant has an adorable cat! Lots of parking! Very safe area, close to downtown Hopkins, shopping centers, restaurants, etc! About 20 minutes from Minneapolis.

Two gals currently live there, one 24 and one 26. Very clean and respectful, always down to do something! They prefer people who like to go out and do things and are more right-wing than left politically.
