Hi there,

My name is Teja (23NB) and I have a room in my house with my partner Ryland (26NB) near Inglewood, Sammamish. The room costs $850/month + utilities (roughly $125/month) without a parking spot in the garage and $950/month + utilities with a parking spot. I will require one months rent upon move in along with a deposit matching the rent. The deposit can be used as the last month’s rent assuming no damages. We love cats and are planning to get 2 in the very near future. We welcome other cats and small pets too, with a pet deposit of $250 and no extra pet rent if you take care of all of your pet’s needs yourself. If you would like to bring a larger pet, let’s talk about it. The house is within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, bus stops etc. We are looking for a roommate who is friendly and has good conflict resolution skills and is open about concerns they have about the place.

The room has a fair amount of sunlight, and is not shared with anyone else. We are not looking for couples at this time. The house is not wheelchair friendly, and the bedrooms are all on the second floor with about 15 stairs separating the floors. The house is not scent free. We are not expecting any labor from you except for chores and cleaning after yourself in common areas.

We are both QT BIPOC and we will give priority to other QT BIPOC people as well. We’re 420 friendly and alcohol friendly but you must smoke outside in the patio or the garage.
