Rare opening: multi-room FURNISHED mother-in-law space within our large home, single occupancy. Ground floor. Many of the benefits of a large apartment with a lower monthly cost. High speed internet (Xfinity), Dish Network television, heating, garbage, water, electric and off-street private parking space provided at no extra cost. Rental includes a modern bedroom (multiple outlets), full bathroom, living room, game room, laundry room and kitchen. Additionally a patio/deck, and dedicated parking near the separate outside entrance to the rental. VERY private, this is not communal living. It’s wonderfully tranquil, safe, comfortable. The 2 acre yard is fully fenced and has a large wildlife pond, various fruit, vegetable and flower gardens and walking paths. If you are an outdoor or gardening enthusiast you will enjoy the property. Upscale neighborhood in SE Vancouver and close to extensive shopping options.

We would prefer a mature renter who would fit with our very quiet living style.

We will allow a pet if he/she has no destructive behavior, excessive barking, or house breaking issues.

Available Nov 1. No lease required. Monthly rent is $995 and all-inclusive of utilities, amenities and extras. Cleaning/damage deposit is $450 and is refundable if rental is clean and undamaged when you move out. Move in costs = first, last, cleaning deposit. This M-I-L rental is FURNISHED - please don’t inquire if it can be rented unfurnished. However you will need your own household goods. Pictures show the rental private living room and bedroom, outside deck (plus some pix of yard and pond).
