Terry's room

Hello! Me and my wife are 25 and 22 and we have a single family house off of 16th st sw. We want to rent out the basement to a female (I will be gone 1 full week every third). All utilities will be included in the rent. We have a mattress (never used) metal frame, but other than that you will have to furnish yourself. Upstairs will be completely available to you as well. My wife is pregnant and is due in February. We completely understand if you don’t want to live with a new born. So lease would be month to month.

Currently it is just me, my wife and our chocolate lab Koda. I am in the Air Force and Ally is a registered nurse. Since she is pregnant we don’t really go out as much and spend much of our time watching tv.
