Alexis's room

Master bedroom available for annual lease. Spacious, huge windows, blackout curtains, a walk-in closet, and private bathroom (with tub!). The complex is gated and has a pool/spa + beautiful views of Piestawa Peak. The condo has just been fitted with brand new appliances, with more improvements to come! Also kept secure with ADT. :) The security deposit is refundable. Currently only have photos of the room as I’m in the process of setting up the common areas as I just moved here myself!

You will be sharing the condo with me (we will both have private rooms/private bathrooms). I’m quiet, clean, and keep to myself for the most part, but always keep things polite. I also travel pretty frequently so you’ll likely have the place to yourself most of the time. I’m a big fan of plants, so those will definitely be all over - looking for someone who can take care of them while I’m gone. Also, would love any thoughts on interior design - I’m pushing for a mid-century modern aesthetic, but open to ideas!!
