Renting out a room on the 2nd floor of my house. It’s a nice, 4br/2ba house that I own. I live on the 1st floor. We will share the living room, bonus all seasons room, and dining/kitchen area. You will have your own private bedroom, bathroom and hallway closet upstairs. Furnished room has a queen bed, dressers, end tables, tv, closet, and desk. Storage available in garage/sheds for bikes etc. Massive “park like” backyard with full deck/patio to enjoy the outdoors. There is an additional 2nd bedroom upstairs that will remain empty (however, if you want to rent it as a 2nd room for an office or extra space, that’s negotiable - not looking for couples or a 3rd person). Easy parking. Great neighborhood. Lots of space. Not a party house - I am a teacher that works all week and like to relax at the end of the day. Room is available now.
