I’m renting one room with a private bath in my three-bedroom ranch-style home. There’s plenty of parking. The bathroom is right next to the room at the end of the hall so you’ll have the back side of the home to yourself

I’m a 55-year-old male with three dogs. I’m a PM for a restoration company, I do have my office in the front of the house and work from home a bit. I’m also in recovery and celebrated 13 years clean in April. No drinking or other substances of any kind. My current tenant does smoke cigarettes on the back deck which is fine. I take my recovery very seriously.
