Surprisingly quiet neighborhood with a couple frats down the way. Nice two story house that is right off Augustana property. Walking distance to many local and chain restaurants. Aldi and the dollar store not too much farther. Street parking is enforced, so you will always have your own spot out front 100% of the time. Room has a bathroom that is close. Shared spaces Include full access to furnished living room, bathrooms, and supplied. Please take care of your own dishes. Washer and dryer in property but very close to two nearby laundry mats for huge loads/blankets. No pets please as my cats don’t adjust well to other animals. Being so close to the middle school and college I’ll obviously have to run background checks. Only vaping and edibles permitted, nothing that will leave a scent behind. All other smoking needs to happen elsewhere.

I will say I don’t care about gender, but would rather you be of similar age and or open-mindedness. This house isn’t a super (toddler)kid friendly house, it’s very easy to slip on my stairs. Any questions/more pictures please msg me. The date is set for the end of June because I am getting some cosmetic repairs. If you don’t care about said repairs, move in can be sooner.

Hello, I’m a 29f(she/her) I don’t have kids but I have two indoor female cats that already freely roam the house. They are sweet and don’t bite or scratch. One of them is very vocal sometimes.

I work from home during the day and appreciate my quiet time. I like to game, workout, and go out once in a while. Easy to get along with and great with boundaries. Was born here and lived here for a long time but I’m well traveled and open minded. LGBTQ and POC welcome.

Other roomie is of similar age, interests, and gender, she has two playful cats and works on a third shift schedule. She is out of town most of the time but when she is here I’d like us to all get along.

Lease will be 6months if you need something different I can work with it.
