2 Large rooms available for rent in 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house.

Room 1: Downstairs 14 x 14 ft with private bathroom down the hall. $1,150 rent. No closet. Hardwood floor. Available immediately (first 4 pics are of room 1). $1,150 rent

Room 2: Downstairs. Slightly smaller than room 1 (able to fit my full size bed, big desk with double monitors and still have leftover space) but has closet and attached bathroom (last 6 pics are of this room). $1250 monthly rent

(I’m currently in room 2 and will be moving out at around end of October since I bought my own place)

• Utilities/Comcast/garbage not included, split between housemates (usually around $100-$130 per person)
• 6 month min lease (not a sub-lease ; all rooms in house are individually rented directly with landlord)
• Room 1 would be unfurnished. Room 2 I would likely leave my bed here for free.
• Nice safe and quiet area. Located right next to Minnie and Rec Park and Sheridan Elementary School. M bus goes straight to SF State or Balboa Park. Close to freeway if you work in South Bay.
• House has washer/dryer
• Shared kitchen with electric stove, microwave and fridge. Some housemates also have own mini fridge. No living room.
• Can reserve parking in driveway for $100 per month.
• No pets unfortunately

Who we are looking for:

• Room is for one person only. No couples.
• No parties. No smoking. No illegal drugs
• Must be able to keep common areas clean. If interested, I can set up virtual tour/in person tour. And then send your info to landlord if interested. Landlord will need credit report and recent pay stubs.

• Housemates are students/working professionals in their 20’s. Remaining housemates would be 2M, 2F (and 2 rooms available)
