Hi, I have a room available in a newly renovated Buckhead house blocks from the Lenox Mall on a safe dead end residential street. House is 10 mins walk from the Marta station if you need to get to the airport. The house has huge wooded front and back yard with an area to grill and a spacious patio. Room, house common areas and kitchen are already furnished. This room will have its own bath and common entrance, a built in closet, a work desk for two monitors, chair, bed and mattress. You’ll have access to free street or driveway parking. The street has 24/7 video monitoring and the house comes with security system with electronic lock, doorbell and video monitoring. Utilities, internet, lawn maintenance and twice a month house cleaning should run about $125-$150 a month in total. This place is Ideal for a male professional and I prefer someone who is a non-smoker and clean.
