This is a wonderful bedroom available in a spacious 2bd/2ba condo with assigned parking, air conditioning/heating, and a balcony. Great location near the Traffic Circle, easy access to all parts of Long Beach. Easy arrival from the 405 FWY and just a skip to the Long Beach airport. This is an inclusive home where all are respected and guests are expected to reciprocate.

The open floor plan of the unit offers lots of elbow room to move about. The bedroom is also a generous size (120sqft), with ample room to stretch out and relax. It features a queen size bed, standard dresser, a night stand, and a desk. The closet includes hangers and luggage space. The room also has its own air conditioning unit with remote control or enjoy the balcony just outside your room on our summer evenings. The kitchen is shared with dedicated space in the refrigerator and an assigned cupboard for groceries. It is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and basic spices. All appliances are available, including microwave, dishwasher, and stove/oven. The living room is spacious and relaxing with lots of natural sunlight. A great selection of books and magazines are available to enjoy. Big plus! This room comes with assigned secure parking. Never go searching for a spot on the street. Just arrive and relax. This room is all inclusive. The rent includes utilities, WiFi, and monthly maid service.

This is a shared space with a roommate. The roommate has his own room and bathroom. He’s a friendly and conscientious roommate. Please be considerate of him and respect his privacy and his home. Only common areas are shared. I am nearby, within minutes, if I’m needed in person. And I am always accessible via text/phone.
