The room is a master bedroom with it’s own bathroom. The house is 4 bed 2 bath and is in a quiet neighborhood; all utilities and internet are included in the price. The house has tile flooring (bedrooms are carpeted), is furnished (except the bedroom), and you are welcome to most areas (just not my bedroom please). There is a garage, a washer and dryer too. Men and women are welcome. Non smokers (cigarettes) preferred.

It is just me, I am laid back. I’m a male college student. I don’t really party, but I am ok with it as long as it’s within reason and not daily. I like to socialize.
