Nice quiet neighborhood, very nice neighbors too. Home sits on over 2 acres. The two-room, one-bathroom rental is up two short flights of stairs. A large bedroom with large walk in closet, a bathroom with tub/shower combo, plus a sitting room/eating area. Kitchenette has a small refrigerator, sink, small microwave, coffee pot/griddle, it isn’t a full kitchen or full size. Rent includes all utilities, WIFI, garbage pick up, water is well, lawn is cared for, designated parking area.

My mom is an elderly Christian lady, loves people but also loves her quiet time too. Mom has several adult kids that live in the area and visit her several times a week. She is hoping to find another middle aged single Christian lady that this would be perfect for.
