Hi! We are looking for a third roommate to move in to our 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom apartment located in the heart of Lincoln Park.

As our new roommate you would be living near the corner of Halsted and Armitage. (In Lincoln Park) 3/4 miles away from Lincoln Park Zoo, park, and the lake! We are by the #8, #72, and #73 buses, and the brown, purple, and red lines (convenient for public transit!) You’d get your own bedroom and en suite bathroom.

Rent is $1180/month for one year leasing agreement, plus utilities (around $120/month)

About Us: We are both southern girls (Texas and North Carolina). We are 27 and 22 years old. One of us works in the loop and the other works from home, but travels a lot for work.

You: Looking for a female roommate in her 20’s- mid 30’s, neat, friendly, respectful, and responsible.
