Hi there! The best thing about renting here is you do not have to share anything at all. There is a sunny day room that includes a new apartment size refrigerator & a new microwave that has air fryer, convection & broiler Capability. There’s a separate bedroom, bathroom, a linen closet, and the day room has a walk-in closet. You will also have the front porch to set up for your use. Everything is separated from the main house by a door with a keyed lock.

I’m the only other person on the main level. (There’s a completely separate basement apartment.) I love to work in my yard and absolutely love to cook.
