Private room with private bathroom, also has private entrance door in room. Rent is 850 all utilities included. No smoking inside, no hard drugs, no parties, no junkies, no traffic coming and going at all hours. Rent is $850 due no later than the 1st of each month. Deposit is $500, $250 of it is refundable as long as the apartment is not trashed and is cleaned when you choose to move out. The only downside, we currently do not have mailboxes, (they’re being installed at some point) so your mail will need to be sent elsewhere or you will have to get a PO BOX. Feel free to contact me to come look at room. We can put everything in writing together, so we are both comfortable with all terms. I’m super easy to live with as long as roommate is responsible and respectful. That’s all I ask.

I work full time and like to relax when I’m off. I spend most of my home time in my room minding my own business, but most nights I stay with my boyfriend at his house. I’m very clean and tidy and expect roommate to be the same. Mutual respect is a must!
