House is located close to the reservoir. I do have a project going on in the backyard so it’s still under construction. The house is very clean and i try to keep it that way. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Great area to live and wonderful neighbors. I couldn’t ask for a better place.

I am looking for a roommate that is honest, keeps things clean and pays on time. I am a very friendly person and I get along with about anyone. Right now, I have 1 room available. Fully furnished but you can bring your own if you would like. I have two female dogs and a cat. I am open to being pet friendly as long as if the dog is a male then he would need to be fixed as I do not want to get my dog pregnant unless it is a full-blooded German Sheppard with papers. I prefer the dogs to be outside (unless it is extremely cold/hot etc.) but if your pet doesn’t tear anything up and loss hair like crazy then I am not against the pet being inside. If you would like to rent a room, then I ask for a security deposit of ($800) and it could be split up in payments if that works best. We can talk about it and see what works for the both of us. Full rent amount is due at first move in and the second month is pro-rated if not moved in on the 1st. I ask for roommates to sign a year contract but I am flexible so just talk to me and we can figure something out.
