Nick Valencia's room

Room is on the other side of the home, with own bathroom. Room is furnished with queen bed and TV/Roku. WiFi included and driveway parking. Very quite with lots of space. Close to Katy Mills mall, typhoon Texas, In-N-Out and major highways US99/I-10.

I work in healthcare and usually gone two days, home for four. I’m very clean and organized, always stocked with basic home supplies. I enjoy listening to music, cooking, working out and watching movies. Also have a cat named Charlie who’s very friendly/well trained and wouldn’t mind some company on my days away from home. We won’t be around much, I’m currently in school and stay busy with my free time, looking for someone who is calm, respectful, neat and clean.
