You would be signed onto the new lease and split bills 50/50. It’s a ~1,100ft 2Br2B w/ a loft, washer/dryer, 2 covered parking spaces, a balcony w/ storage, several community amenities (pools, hot tub, workout room, party room, etc..). It’s a quiet upstairs unit on the side. No pets, non-smoker. Stainless steal appliances, recently remodeled.

You would be getting 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, the cozy upstairs loft, and sharing a kitchen. Rent is ~$800 give or take w/ utilities. Apartment management will run a credit check, and may request a deposit depending on credit.

Available NOV 21st (sooner could be possible) Little about me: 33yo, gamer, quiet but outgoing, work at a major hospital night shift.
