I am looking for a respectful and tidy roommate to fill a room in my stylish SE house. You will have your own bedroom with a spacious closet as well as a mostly private bathroom located in the hallway across from the room (This also serves as a guest bathroom whenever you or I have people over). I bought this house about a year and a half ago and have lived here, with my current roommate, for the last four years. I am currently furnishing the entire house save for the room you would be renting. There is off-street parking as well as a two-car garage with ample storage, the W/D, fitness equipment and more!

The house is located literally right next to Mt. Tabor Park between Hawthorne and Division. So you have immediate access to the park with its amenities plus all the happening spots in Inner SE! ~15 mins from PDX, On Bus line 71 & close to the MAX Red/Blue/Green lines. There are 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (Hallway and an En Suite in the main bedroom) so the house is very spacious for two people AND we have a guest room should you have out of town visitors or friends who want to/need to crash for the night. If the whole park across the street isn’t enough, there are outdoor garden and patio/deck areas with a hammock and fire pit for entertaining. • Pets: I have one female kitty (Monday) and she is relatively untested with other animals outside of a few doggo interactions… but overall a nice gal. Ideally you don’t have a pet, but I am happy to have a trial meet & greet of our fur babies!

About Me: I’m a 30-year-old gay male and working professional. I have lived in Portland for the last 5 years and settled here to stay. I am looking for a longer-term roommate to share my house with me. I am rather social, friendly, open-minded, and respectful individual (If I do say so myself!). I am a nurse and work night shift, plus I love to travel so there are lots of times where you will have the whole house to yourself. When I am not working, I am frequently spending time with my family and friends, maintaining the house/life, or a slew of other hobbies. I do like to have friends over for dinner, movies, chill nights etc. and you are very welcome to do the same with your social circle.
