Large 4 bedroom house with pool jacuzzi and a big yard. Very good safe neighborhood, 5min drive to CSUSM or Palomar College. The room is very large and can accommodate two if needed. Currently lightly furnished with a bed and a desk. I just use it as a guest room/office right now. I can remove all furniture if you want to bring your own.

Open to having two people share the room for $1,400 since colleges are so close. In case you want to room with a friend.

All utilities included (also can use my Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and prime lol)

Plenty of parking and also have a garage if additional storage is needed for like bikes surf boards, or extra stuff

My name is Jimmy, I’m 36, work in finances, and work M-F. I bought this house in my twenties by myself and love living here. I live here alone but do get my 2 kids every other weekend. I go to the gym everyday , love going to the beach for a sunset or a beer. I snowboard in the winter and I am always traveling somewhere new. I’m always up for an adventure and like to get out of the house. Not a big party person, but I do like to go out for drinks or try a new restaurant on the weekends.
